Conscious Eating Workshop
It is not what you eat but how, when, and why that are important to your health and happiness.
Dr. Janet Page, author of Get Married This Year, has been helping individuals take life-changing steps to help them fulfill their goal to find their perfect mate. Part of her strategy features a "training program" to help singles get in shape and develop healthy habits.
On Saturday April 14th, Dr. Page will present her "Conscious Eating Workshop" at the conference room at Park Place on Peachtree in Buckhead from 1:30 – 3:30. Participants will learn how variety, freedom of choice, and enjoyment are essential to a lifelong approach to food and discover to how to eat and be satisfied, cheerful, and full.
Topics will include:
- Think like a thin person
- Identify your personal motivations.
- Develop hunger awareness, a more joyful body image, and a lifetime action plan that really works for you.
